Fit Kids Student App

The youth fitness experts at Fit Kids, who provide fitness training for more than 20,000 elementary and middle school students in-person and online, created this app to help kids guide their own fitness training. The intuitive, interactive app makes it fun for kids to explore exercise, so they will stick with it and gain all the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of fitness training. Kids can follow along with a variety of video-based workouts or choose from short video demonstrations on how to do each warm-up, fitness move, cooldown stretch, yoga flow, or mindfulness practice. Then, kids can mix-and-match to create their own fitness routines, so it never gets old! All of the videos are also appropriate for adult fitness, so the app is a perfect fit for the family that wants to get fit and stay fit together!
