I started this program about a month ago and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve noticed a huge increase in not only strength but my endurance and mobility as well. I have no doubt it will transition well to my golf game. The app is very easy to use and the virtual tutorials are very helpful, especially for beginners. I love how it tracks my progress and highlights my volume and repetition increases. The program has given me the motivation I needed to push myself, strive for a more physically fit lifestyle, and confidence in lowering my golf scores.
