Sensie is revolutionary in the way it connects mind and body! The technology is incredible, the insights fascinating and exercises sooooo helpful! High recommend for anyone looking to find more moments to reset their mind and body!
Extensive (and biased) Review
I’ve known the founder of Sensie for several years now, and have watched the development of this tech and app.
Mike is one of the most dialed-in, passionate and capable tech start-up CEOs I’ve ever met. His team is very much the same.
I’ve used every version they’ve posted to Test Flight. This version being released on the Apple Store (finally) is quite impressive.
Sensie - there are levels at which to explain it, what it can be used for, and I could write pages.
If you know, you know!
This tech directly interfaces with your subconscious (it seems to me).
Try asking your Higher Self a yes or no question, and instruct it to give you a pass if yes or a blocked if it’s a no. Does that work?
Familiar with the book Alter Ego Effect? About to arrive home and switch from business mode to parent / partner mode? Take a moment to take on those alter egos (Super Dad!), and check with Sensie to see if you are fully embodied in it, present, focused etc. Does that work?
The more you play with this baby and think about what’s actually going on…. like I said, if you know, you know!

Easy to use, somehow free, and brings true value to my life
I found this app at perfect time in my life. I’m 34, a busy professional and a dad of two young daughters.
This app has helped me develop a better sense of presence and flow. The great thing is it’s so easy to pull up and check in. I have struggled with jumping from one task to another with no light at the tunnel. I use my reminder app to set up check ins throughout the day.
The research and care behind this app is amazing. Excited to keep learning with Sensie. Give it a shot, I don’t know how it’s free.

This app is rad, I use it at the end of my work day to test my nervous system to see if I’m ready to be a Dad.

Regarding phone number, we need phone number to authenticate your account - as per our privacy agreement we do not use your information for anything else. Regarding DOB, motion tracking is like hand writing, it is highly individual. Information like DOB is used to help personalize our signal accuracy and help make the app a great experience for you.
