Cannot Play

I usually really enjoy HFG Entertainment games but the last two I tried to play are riddled with ads you cannot close. After 15 times of closing and reopening the games with endless ads that I have no way to exit, I gave up. I spend more time trying to even get to play a level than I do on the level itself.

We regret the inconvenience. The ads that are being played at the start of the game are the interstitial ads. Video ads will play for 30 seconds only. Sometimes it may play for 15 seconds. The loading ads in the game are generated at random by Google. If you do not wish to view it, you can purchase ad-free to avoid all the ads.

Glitch in Level 14

I have tried every way possible h to o move the ball by color to appropriate slots but no matter what I can’t get even 1 ball to move.
Other than this I was really enjoying the game. This appears to be the end for me, because I cannot continue.

This is really a fun game that does make you think through most of the puzzles. I was able to play a couple levels each night before bed to help me relax after a hard day working in the Emergency Room. Some puzzles I had to skip because I tried for hours, a couple times for days, but I couldn’t figure out how to solve them. My suggestion to the developers is SHOW us how to solve the puzzles we skip so we can learn something instead of just skipping them! Show us the answers please!! The story line is ok but not something that really pulled me into it.

Good But…..

Way way too many times you click on stuff that does nothing only to get a hint which tells you to do exactly what you’ve been clicking on and hey presto it works !!! Also way too many puzzles where you are not even given a clue as to what the target is so you have no idea what you’re trying to achieve so yet again a wasted hint to find out.

I absolutely love this game apart from the odd hiccup when I click on to some items they don’t work but gets there eventually

Enjoyable

The story lines make no sense but does not matter. Most of us are here just to work the puzzles. Creative puzzles and not too difficult. Some need patience. Most are easier than you think so don’t overthink it. Very few directions on the puzzles so you have to futz a bit to figure out what they want on some. Definitely do-able. A bit addicting so time flies. Lots of levels in each of the three story lines. Great game.
