My Challenge Creator is a virtual coaching platform designed to create positive change through small daily actions that are designed to not only inspire but to create real change. With My Challenge Creator you now have the support, accountability and community you need to make sure you get where you want to go right in your pocket. Each challenge provides a little daily inspiration, a personal journal, micro-coaching, and a couple proven exercises from neuroscience to put you at your very best. By making it a game, the Challenge tricks your brain into having fun while you’re learning or building new habits. And the best part is that it takes less than 5 minutes a day.
