Network error?
Ive had this app for like two years since i got my moon lamp, but recently ive been opening the app to be bombarded with “network error” messages when my wifi is on, and im in an area with stable service. Ive tried logging out, but failed to log in because of the same “network error” message. I do not know how to fix this

Have to trash the lamp unless the app is fixed
The lamp is programmed to turn on in the morning automatically. However since the app won’t connect to the network any longer I’m unable to alter the programming. Due to DST the lamp turns on an hour before I would like it to. Fix the app or this thing is a nuisance.
Fail
App has completely stopped working. I get a network error and can no longer use the lamp at all. There is no support option in English and no way to resolve this issue. Very frustrated.
Not able to connect to phone at all!
I bought this lamp because it said it is Alexa compatible but I can’t find even register. I downloaded the app but it won’t let me make an account. I also tried to follow the steps to connect it to the Alexa app but can’t even find it in the Alexa app either when searching in the skills&games.
App dead - do not buy
Terrible. App has been killed without warning and, as other reviews say, I now also have a lamp that I can’t control in any way. Absolutely appalling
App not working anymore
Very good app to use with my moon lamp but now the app says “no network” and there is nothing I can do so the features I was using for my lamp ( auto turn off etc ) are not available . Piece of ***** , if I new I would have kept my money !
Discontinued Service
The app and the service is discontinued, rendering the lamp customization useless. I regret buying this lamp since you can’t even do half the things it’s advertised for
What a waste
The app bugs constantly, doesn’t work anymore, no support and their website is down. Pretty sure were just left with a cute lamp that has no options to be controlled anymore
Love this app but needs a lot of progress.
I love my moon lamp and have had it for a couple years I believe and this app is absolutely easy to use but the issue I’m now facing is it keeps losing connection to the app saying network problem and as another reviewer mentioned is they got rid of the 5 light setting where you can create your own light flow to now only 3 which is bizarre as that’s not a progression in the app. Great product just the app needs working on. 🫶

App won’t allow me to create a user account
Bought the lamp off Amazon it works fine however when I go to create a user profile the app comes up with a window saying network error and won’t let me create a user profile - this was a rather expensive lamp for the app not to work
