Used to be better
I used to have no issues but in the past month or so the app crashes when I go to change the colors. Fix please.haileyyy_smith
App doesn’t work anymore
I’ve had the lamp for less than a week. I love the colors, brightness, and the ability to customize. However I’m now having a similar problem another reviewer had. The app will open but once it tries connecting to the lamp via Bluetooth, it force quits. I have the most updated version, have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, resetting the lamp. Luckily I can still return it.St228
Great light but app force closes
I’ve not had any issues with the app in the 8 months I’ve had it but recently when I open it and select the device I was to control, the app shuts down, this makes the app completely useless. Please fix this 🙏AndiDoerf
It’s a beautiful lamp but the app is glitchy
I’ve had this lamp since Dec 2021 and I use it all the time. I love it. Lately though the app will open but once I click in to choose colors, it’ll force close itself. I have the most updated app from here so idk. Just thought someone hopefully reads this and look into that.esther12598512
Many issues
I got the two rolls of 100 ft light strips and i liked them at first tell i started trying to change colors and I realized red doesn’t even look red and the camera feature doesn’t even work i put it on a color like green and it looks like white with the smallest amount of green on it ever us on the pallet the purple doesn’t look purple it looks blueMisaelCruz123
