App won’t even open

After signing up to a subscription the app now won’t even open claiming ‘there is an error with the wifi’. Worked fine before I subscribed and have tried using data without wifi and still no luck.

Dear Emsibem, Sincere apologies for the problem you have experienced. Our support team are keen to understand the cause and help to resolve it. If this is still a problem (i.e. it hasn't resolved by itself due to an increase in available internet bandwidth) then please can you force the app to close, and then restart it. The majority of the app should work, even without an internet connection - but it would be helpful to know what parts of the app trigger that message to appear. If at all possible, could you please send us a screen-shot of the error message - as the context in which it appears may help us diagnose why it is happening. If a restart does not fix the issue, then a re-install might. I passed my theory test first time after using this app for 2 days, worth having the extra content, better than all the ‘free’ apps, definitely recommend- Alex

Why is national speed limit here 60 when we all know it’s 70

Dear Emmy, It seems your knowledge of speed limits may not quite be complete. These questions are authored by experts at DVSA - the people that write the test and they do know their stuff. To be clear: The national speed limit varies depending on both road type and vehicle. It is 70 for a car on a dual carriageway, but 60 for a car on a single carriageway. Please consider updating your review once you have satisfied yourself that the question is in fact correct.

Great App

I was really struggling to get into revising for my theory until I came across this app. Also the leader board is great as you can win prizes so it gave me an incentive to keep revising. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s wanting to pass their theory test! 👏🏻
