My money have been hold up by Changera since February 28 I transfer 500k from my zenith bank to Changera so that I can be able to buy dollars and books fight ticket, after convert my 500k to dollars the money was hold until now I have chatter the customer service to release my money, nothing have been done, I have everything as a proof that my money is been hold since February 28 . Even one star ⭐️ you guys don’t deserve. I will advice you keep off from this fraudulent app, they will hang your money, restrict you from making use of the app and place you on a long journey to start processing verification that will never be completed. They are just as same as their old name Payday, after defrauding people with Payday, they changed and brought us to Changera to waste our time the more and keep defrauding new members. Later they will change their name after defrauding lots of new members. Before you use ask people that were using this useless service when it was called Payday and know anyone has been able to withdraw their deposited money ever since with was Payday. What they do now is to ask you to upgrade one rubbish KYC that won’t capture your face, and keeps telling you error, if you complain they tell you do send screenshots and screen records, after so many attempts they will ask you to use another phone, after many attempts and still not working they ask you to send start over and send screen recording again to keep fooling themselves. My fund has been in their App for more than a year I been trying to get my money but this useless people refuse to allow me withdraw. USE THIS APP AT YOUR OWN RISK. this is getting to hight of it all this useless people claimed they transfer their to Changera app from payday
And their payday app is still active on AppStore I was looking for card to pay for international school and I found an app through googles ad now I used the app and I founded it after founding it I found out their app has being transferred
Now I’m trying to get on the new app it’s not allowing me to keep saying my account doesn’t exist I messaged them on ig they said I should text them on mail of which I did they are yet to reply my mail since March 20
Now I texted them on Twitter same thing they are not replying I tried withdrawing my money from the old app and it’s not going throughShow lessAkinosha
