    Movement by Namaste is a very important resource for me. The variety of classes, levels and instructors allows me to customize a weekly routine that fits my daily physical needs. The summer heat flares up my joints and energy levels.
    On good days I the strength and agility classes are good and on low energy days Yoga routines are a better fit.
    Making keeping fit part of my lifestyle makes my body and mind feel alive, calm and centered. I highly recommend Movement by Namaste for Anyone who values their physical, mental, and emotional well being.

  • Lots of workout types and options. Beautifully filmed!

    I love all the different options that this app offers when it comes to workouts. I’m particularly partial to all of Kate Potter’s yoga videos and movement videos. She’s amazing! But there’s everything from boxing to weight work to relaxation and more. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for an app to get you working out and giving you a variety of options. Also the cinematography is amazing!
