Good Info in hard times

I’m glad I stumbled on this app when I did. Lots of useful info on this journey and nice to have others to ask questions to. Helped me feel a little less alone.

Great idea but

It’s a great idea for us who need it but progesterone wasn’t in the med list and the page to log my period never loaded.

Does not work!

The app doesn’t work. I’ve never been able to track anything because the screen never loads. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, reopening the app, restarting my phone….it’s never worked. Would be an amazing tool but falls short.

Lots of issues

It’s hard to love an app you can’t use. It has great potential but the various tracking tabs don’t open 95% of the time and just load.

So sorry to hear this! This is not something that we have seen on our end but then we need to investigate. Have you tried uploading to the latest version of the app? If you have, would you be able to report it to hello@mytilly.co with your iPhone model? This would help a lot for us to investigate this further. Sorry again for the inconvenience!

Some kinks

I initially liked this app a lot. However, some kinks still need to be worked out. The main one being that even though I paid for a premium membership, any time I clicked on an article to read I got a notification saying I needed to pay for a premium membership in order to have access to it. Also, knowing how often you have to go on and off the same meds throughout multiple cycles, it would be most convenient if there was an on/off button on the meds instead of having to change the dates all the time. All of the milestones have the category “date and time” but an appointment is the only place you can actually put in a time. On the home page things don’t update very often. My reminder that “it’s transfer day” is still there at the top from a month ago. A constant reminder that it failed. It would be great if you could check a box that it failed and have it disappear so I don’t have to look at it every day.

For the home screen, we completely agree with you and will in just a few weeks time release a new version that will be more dynamic. As a team where most of us have gone through fertility struggles in some way we now how hard setbacks and failure are, and that you don't want to be constantly reminded of them. So impressed! I downloaded so many to try and ultimately landed with tilly!

Glitchy

I couldn’t use this for IVF. I tried updating my treatment schedule but every time I tried adding a dr appointment, I would get a blank screen and I’d have to restart the app. Then when I tried entering my medications it did the same thing. I just deleted the app… useless

Finally an app for infertility treatment

Thanks for launching the app that I missed when I was going through IVF. No more papers and calendar reminders, all collected in a neat app with lots of educational content 💪🏻
