First Reliance app has worked great for me. Mobile deposits by photo; inter-account immediate transfers; easy to navigate other needed options; and when you go to your branch in person they greet you by name and treat you like their best customer. I love the app but the Face ID feature quit working awhile back. That made it perfect. ❤️Babynurse22
Facial ID Authentication
Great app, but since the latest iteration the facial recognition opens the app, but I still have to type in my password. The previous iteration fully opened the app with simple face recognition. Hopefully this escalates to a workable solutionstemiman
FACE ID DOESNT WORK
I love this app but the Face ID hasn’t worked for over a week now which means you have to put everything in to log in, it’s very frustrating. Please fix this bug! My entire family is facing this problem as well.Gwendolyn B.

Disappointed…
With no call bank begins charging me for leaving money on deposit? I thought I had transferred some earlier this year but assume I didn’t complete another second screen that came later? Sorta scared to leave money in this bank? I’ll need to find some ways to protect against that or move it to one of my other banks?
