Moved the oversampling for NeSi xTrem to 4x to enhance the stability and sound of the LPG filters and increase the smoothness and accuracy of the FM LFO's.
This also enables NeSi xTrem to run on tracks with lower sample rate.
Added a warning dialog when the host sets a sample rate that may cause the LPG filters to be unstable for high filter sweep settings.
Fixed a bug where the AU could lose parameter settings when multiple starts-and-stops of a track had been executed.

Description of NeSi xTrem
NeSi xTrem is an Audio Unit, or AU, for iOS. This application is simply a container for the Audio Unit and also serves as the documentation for the AU. xTrem must be used in some sort of Audio Unit host or DAW application.
NeSi xTrem is a stereo-stereo tremolo effect that uses FM based LFO's and includes VCA and low-pass gate based modulation of the audio signal volume. This provides a unique tremolo signature that is ideal for adding color and movement to instrument tracks.
