Game Crashes constantly
Really enjoy this game but it now just crashes every time. It’s not up to me to test your app. Please pre test your advertisers work, Evony advertisement crashes the game, they are an unscrupulous company, disassociate with them. Do better, deleting what could be my favourite game.

Good game but there are ships I want added.
Hello, I’ve been playing the game for a few days now and it’s quite enjoyable but, I would love for the RMS Queen Mary to be added and possibly an England location otherwise I’m having fun playing this, Also if you do intend on adding it just note the 1936 version of the ship is what I’d like to be added since the current day version is much different

Issues with the Global Market
I’m attempting to open the global market which is currently in the port (unlocked at lvl 12), but somehow it’s not allowing me to use my gold bars

Terrible drop rates
Worst drop rates I think I have ever seen on a game, constantly getting grey ships and parts. Playing several days and it's really hard going. Definitely not new player friendly.

Good but no way to get ships from a previous region
One problem I have with the game is there is no way to get ships from a previous region once you move on from that region. I’m really upset about this because I just moved to region 2 missing 3 legendary ships from region 1 so now I have to wait 30 days to reset my progress. Which is another thing that should be changed. It should only be a 5 day wait at maximum. Why should I have to wait a whole month just to delete my account? It makes no sense.

Cities often unreachable; app hangs
Infuriating- events are no playable because some cities are occasionally unaccessible. Even an kill does not remedy. Timed events are unusable. Port City is getting worse.

I enjoy this game but the adverts still sometimes don’t dismiss. They open the App Store app, can when you dismiss them control goes back to the game. However, the advert does not dismiss; you are in a cycle of switching between in-game advert and the App Store, so this is a crashing serious bug since the only way to resolve is by killing the app. I hate to leave a bad review because a lot of thought and effort has gone into the game play and graphics, but the adverts cause this crashing. Such a shame.

Dear mattwestbright , yes, Port City app contains ads and it might seem that there's a plenty of them. You can benefit from watching them, although it may be disturbing if an issue occurs. Really loved this game, but…
This game is absolutely fun until you run into glitches and cannot continue. I wrote to them about the first gems disappearing glitch, but there doesn’t seem to be a way for them to respond. I keep checking in my settings area where I sent my message to support, but no response. Now I have run into issues with not being able to access the screen to collect my rewards and all other jobs are saying cannot access area. I have reloaded game as well as tried their suggestion to deal with this glitch, but nothing seems to help. I am at a point where I cannot continue. But I absolutely loved this game up until this point. Ok. So waiting one day seemed to let me access my finished rewards. I am upgrading from a one star bummer, to four. I know the developers are working hard, i do wish there was better communication.
Updated april 11, 2024. Looks like they fixed the last issue although no communication. But now the glitches are I have to reinstall each time I want to go to the Suez Canal, otherwise it says cannot go at this time. Very bummed. Game is pretty cool except for this current problem right now.
