Hi @Sewshi, thank you for your comment. 1. the vpn can be turned on and off by clicking the main on/off button in the app 2. deleting the hola app removes it's functionality and so it can't be causing your location to stay in the selected country 3. it might be that you have another vpn app or just need to close the app you used and reopen it refresh location In case you have more issues please contact support at https://hola.org/premium_support Thanks, Hola VPN Support Team
