Knowing what I know, i don’t think this lady understands how the subconscious works. I can help her understand if she would like. I would be surprised if anyone lost weight with this.
Well actually, we all need fat, just in healthy amounts
I love the subconscious approach this app takes to getting successful results people want with their weight. However, one of the affirmations in the first session says “My body no longer needs fat” and “I no longer need butter” etc. and that’s just not true! We still need to eat fats, healthy fats, because they also are very nutritious. You should have them in moderation. Also, if you’re going to say that you don’t need fat, don’t put an animated avocado on there! Avocado also has fats. I’m still going to include healthy fats in my diet, but in moderation. Real butter and other dairy is much better for you that a lot of so-called “healthy spreads”.

I listen to it at bedtime and I fall asleep to it. I swear it works I’m loosing weight, exercising and feeling much healthier
