Best workout app
I really enjoy working out with Kelly!! Kelly’s energy and positivity is contagious. I look forward to her workouts and love knowing that if I miss a live class, it’s saved to the app. Kelly helps me motivate myself, to push myself and keep working hard to be my best self! I love the different style workouts to choose from with varying lengths so no matter how much time I have, I always have time for a class! Other workout apps have come and gone, this one remains my favorite 🩷

My Forever Go-To for Working Out
This app has been my best friend since it came out. Kelly’s workouts are one of a kind and always keep me coming back as opposed to standard gym memberships, etc. She truly makes working out enjoyable and I’m so glad to have this as my go-to routine for fitness. I’m able to hold myself accountable using this app/program and there are so many videos to choose from with more constantly coming out! You finish each workout feeling insanely good! Thank you Kelly!

My favorite way to make work out!
I’m 100% in the Kelly Cult! Loveeee this app! Best work outs ever- not exaggerating. I feel incredible after each workout! My fave way to get my cardio in. Also she’s so positive and uplifting so I’m always in a good mood while working out. Would recommend to any and all! I started following Kelly’s workouts during Covid on Instagram and wasn’t sure I wanted to spend the money each month but realized she’s the best and the money is spent well. I always come back to my Kelly workouts- she’s the best!

BBBuilds summer bods!
Kelly’s workouts are just unmatched. I continue to come back to this app for these workouts. The vibe, the band work and just the overall fun you have while taking the class always make me smile. I workout for my health, but I do BBB classes for my mental health. It’s my ME time where I can get a sweat in while jamming to the best tunes. Weather I need a quick good short and sweaty, or I need a full weighted low body workout, this team got it covered! You can’t go wrong!

The workout app you NEED in your life!
I was working with a personal trainer and couldn’t afford it anymore, so I joined Kelly’s BBB workout app and I am so impressed! She has every kind of workout and they’re all full of so much life and happy energy and vibes. She works you out with not only cardio, but also some other body weight moves that transform and shred your body in ways unimaginable! This workout is for any level of fitness and is extremely enjoyable. It’s also great being part of a community with such amazing people who are sharing similar goals and interests! I would highly recommend this workout for anyone looking to lose weight, get healthier, conquer some fitness goals and most important, having FUN while doing it <3

Love!
Kelly’s workouts are truly a good mix of levels. I love the cardio punch she gives and the weight workouts truly give you a good burn. The ab workouts speak for themselves so if you haven’t done those you’re missing! I do wish there were new ones more frequently as I use the app a lot but it is always good to go back to some of them after being familiar with the moves to just thoroughly enjoy the workout. I would absolutely recommend this app to anyone.

The best workout app, period.
I would go to Kelly’s in person classes multiple times a week before quarantine and even then I always wished she had an app so I could get a good (fun) sweat in whenever I was. As someone who has gone to hundred of workout classes, from Pilates and yoga to Barry’s and boxing, I can honestly say Kelly’s classes are my favorite. Not only do I feel strong and accomplished after every class (read: dripping sweat) I’m always smiling ear to ear and my endorphins are the highest. I’ve love the variety of her Signature classes, weighted, quickies, yoga - I can always find something that’s “just what I needed.” Beyond just the physical results that come from class, Kelly’s energy, teaching style and workouts are unmatched. If you’re thinking of trying the app, download it, you 100% won’t regret it.

Worth It But…
The app has come a long way. There are so many varieties of workouts : signature BBB, Strength training, yoga, Booty boot camps, arms and and, guest instructor workouts the list goes on! I docked a star, because Kelly isn’t doing live workouts on app consistently. She’s very busy so her schedule is sporadic and so you never really know until the day of when she’s live, and even then she’s usually running late. I do wish she was live more often in app, and also that she shows up on time when she is live. You can also download workouts in app, and save to your own library so if you have workouts you love you can save them and find them easily.

ITS MORE THAN A WORKOUT APP
Guys, I can’t say enough how much this app, Kelly, and this bbb community has helped me grow physically but also mentally. I feel stronger, I used to not do 10 push ups in a row and since getting this app(6 months ago) I can do them and I feel so good!!!
Another thing is that this app (Kelly) makes workouts FUN and lets you take it at your pace and not take yourself too seriously. It’s an inspiring community to be a part of. Highly recommend 🤍

Obbbsessed with these workouts
I stumbled on one of Kelly’s first IG live workouts in March 2020 and haven’t looked back. These workouts kept me sane and in shape through the pandemic. Kelly’s style and energy is unmatched and has truly made me enjoy and look forward to the workouts. I love the challenges because they keep me on track and working out consistently and since everything is saved in the library I repeat my favorite workouts whenever I want. So grateful to Kelly and her team for creating this amazing virtual workout community! 10/10 recommend!
