FLK Method offers a huge variety of classes from cardio, weights and strength, to yoga, Pilates and meditation. This virtual studio has live virtual classes and an enormous on demand library. The members of FLK Method are a true community who support one another. FLK Methof also offers in person retreats and private individualized coaching options. Lastly, it is FUN!! Join - you won’t regret it!

The best fitness program around !!!!
I’ve been an FLK member for well over a year and I still think it’s the best fitness program, it even beats an in person gym! I just completed my third bikini bootcamp 6 week challenge and it’s exactly what I need to stay motivated and in a healthy routine. Krys always has the most engaging classes and I love that you can participate live or on demand, my personal favorite is JET! No matter what class you take you’ll always leave feeling happier, accomplished, and sweaty. I highly recommend!!
