Code?
It’s asking for a code to use the app. I purchased Kindle version. Where do I find the code?
It’s been almost a year and there has been no response to my question. I would like to use this app but do not know where to find the code it is asking for to use the app.Da Bear 2317

We're very sorry that you have had trouble accessing the audio content for 5 Words a Day, and that you have waited such a long time for a response to your review. You don't need a code to access the audio, but you will be asked to enter the last part of the web address shown on the first page of your book on the website or app. These are the letters after the slash (eg. us or uk). If you are still having problems, please email penguinorders@tbs-ltd.co.uk with full details of the problems you are experiencing and we will try and find a solution for you.Great app!

Just a white screen
Upon opening the app I see a DK logo then a white screen, nothing else.jetserf
