No task or activity list!
You can’t add tasks/activities?? No task list to view?? This is not a CRM. Just a phone app.
So easy to use
The Shape mobile app is a lifesaver! I can easily call, text, and email my customers. I especially use the texting feature more than anything and also to follow up on my newly updated accounts in the prioritized pipeline views. My internet went out recently and I was able to do pick up my work right from my phone while the internet connection was being fixed

Just add the website to your icons
The app is limited in functionality.
