Signed up for the free trial but still couldn’t do anything on the app. Contacted the company but have yet to hear anything.

Normally I subscribe to a free trial and cancel it while I try the app for the offered time frame so I can decide if I want it without the stress of knowing it can automatically take out a large sum of money and sign me up for a full year to something I might not end up liking or using. This app said I could cancel any time and use the app til the trial period was done but almost everything on the app is locked unless you buy the full subscription so I couldn’t actually trial it. Needless to say, I’m sticking with the precious app as they appear to be much better value and actually let me try their app without restriction so I could make an educated decision on purchasing a subscription with them.

I really wanted to like this but I paid 63 dollars for the year and can’t log in? It keeps telling me there is no subscription for my email:( , it’s a lot of money to pay and can’t even use it

I bought this app for a year and it’s only been 8 months and it doesn’t let me in any more
Not worth it
Personally I don’t think this app is worth the money. I downloaded it thinking it was help me achieve those “newborn photos” without having to set up all the props myself but you still have to have the perfect photo of your baby before cutting and pasting onto the backdrop. And the photos look incredibly fake and edited anyway, and not really any options for when your baby gets a little bigger or if you have older children. It’s strictly directed toward newborns and then you have no use for the app anymore.
Not to mention, the app logged me out and now tells me I no longer have a subscription even after paying for the year. Do not waste your money on this !!!

Unable to sign in
I love the app but have been unable to sign in for two + weeks since the new update. I bought an annual subscription that is active until the end of 2023. I tried to reach out to the app developers, but haven’t heard back. What good is an app that won’t let me access what I paid for?

Great for my newborn
Downloaded app on the day my daughter was born. I loved the backdrops and the editor. I think it is much more affordable than a photographer
