It’s truly a shame that the game developers of this game chose Skillz to host their game. The app is great but the opponent matching is problematic —even when you’re completely outskilled, matches are paired nonstop against the same player with a track record of winning against you. Over 25 consecutive matches against the SAME player is nothing short of harassment. Unfortunately, Skillz “customer support” is the absolute worst and consists of those who only know how to copy and paste the same unhelpful answers. They really ought to review the facts—supported by data—and admit to the fact that their “algorithmic matching— is completely flawed. Skillz should be audited by a third party as they are far too negligent and unwilling to review the facts.
