Paid for yearly subscription but no access (need help to get access to subscription!)

The app is good. My kids loved to play. We paid for the full year subscription after the free trial. Now our kids are unable to play. The app keeps saying to sign up and pay to play. That is ridiculous. We already paid the subscription. We need to help to get back our refund or fix the problem for us to access the app!!!

My daughter liked the trial app so I decided to purchase a monthly subscription. In the trial no adds were present, with the subscription there are constant video ads and banners that are not always appropriate for the little ones. In addition the ads will open a website if accidentally clicked even with restricted access and parental controls on. This app is a hard pass for me…

Paid paid for an annual subscription but still have ads every single game switch

My kids both love this app but there’s just way too many ads. I feel like I’ve been swindled.
