Terrible coverage total waste of money
I can’t believe I used their awful product twice! . First I used the eSIM in southern Chile. I had coverage for exactly one day. Customer service was slow and unable to fix anything. I bought a second eSIM when the first stopped working so I went ahead and used it in Santiago. No joke, they have zero coverage in the capital city! Their customer service is awful and even if the coverage was great they are overpriced vs what you can buy on the streets here. I deleted their app and won’t throw an more of my money away with them.Show lesseric11127
Activate only once IN country
Nowhere does it say so BUT do not activate until arrival - i activated twice on plane before departure and both times the sim failed to work on arrival and I had to buy another.
When it did work it was good and also good value compared to EE’s exorbitant charges!TOnyManx81

I used eSIM while traveling in Sri Lanka. It worked very well and saved the hassle and fiddling around to swap physical SIM cards.
The plan I used was reasonably and competitively priced. I will certainly use eSIM again and recommend the use of eSIM.Sri Lanka Traveller
