  • Impossible login

    This has nothing to do with the app it has A impossible login when I put in my username it gave me anger it says already in use and then I was like what the f-but I didn’t want to cuss so I calmed down and actually signed in but when I was signing in I was starting to calm down when The app was like does not exist I was yelling and screaming a a a a a a a a a a a a a a and then I was this close 🤏🏾 it’s a breaking my phone but can’t bring me because I’m only nine years old

    Hi igorchak. We apologise for the bad experience. Once the app finds a surface in the environment you are scanning, it should request you to tap on the screen to place and play with the vologram. Scanning might not work if the surfaces scanned are shiny or have no texture.   • Stuck on move phone Mode

    I tried for over an hour moving my phone around everyone I could
    Think of turning off lights to get rid of shines or wierd lighting none of it worked and it's honestly extremely stressful trying to get this to work
  • Has potential

    When it works the result is pretty cool. The main problem is I tried the first one and it took about 45 minutes to process the clip. The next 2 I tired are not processing at all. It’s been 12 hours and it still shows processing. It has potential to be good but the processing needs to take place within a few minutes (less than 10). Otherwise it’s just not practical

  • Stuck in move your phone

    can’t view anything in AR as the phone doesn’t go beyond trying to scan the environment.

    I just saw a review of someone who says the SplashbPage appeared but then nothing happened. I was perplexed by that as well, but then realized you needed to TAP the page. This is counterintuitive and needs to be changed!

  • Cool but needs a guide

    I can’t figure out how to save a recording. When I press “Save Recording”, nothing happens. Recommend a guide or a YouTube video.

    It’s amazing to see where we have come from and where we are going with this technology. It’s only going to get better but this is the ground breaker! Easy user access and functionality. The downside is we must give time to let this perfect itself... so far so good.

  • Great concept- glitchy maybe?

    Idk why it never actually processes… the FAQ says read a few pages of a book and grab a coffee. At this rate I’ll have to fly to a different continent for coffee before this actually does what it should do.
