Hello Aory08, we have recently updated the app, try updating it and see if that helps. If not, go to savers.teetsfoodstore.com and register there. Once you've registered there, you should receive a Welcome Email from Loyalty Lanes, follow the instructions in the email, and you should be all set. If not, give us a call, 337-363-1839
