Too difficult to sign up
To access functions to control the device we must download the app, create an account. The server is so slow that the code is expired when I receive it, then it says “too many attempts”. Piece of $hite, don’t bother
App forgot to request Location permission
Even in the privacy settings > location > did not find anything to give location permission for this app. probably they did not pass unhappy path for iOS during testing.
Decent light
This is a nice tail light with newest technology (4.5). Overall low rating is for everything else. If your main market is the US, you need to hire people who speak English to translate. How expensive can that be? Magene also is famous for trying to force you into their ecosystem. They want your credit card for perpetual charges. They don’t what to earn your business, they try to force it.

Never got the email to enter during setup. App is useless if you can’t even sign in.
Route planning and notifications are broken
This is with version 1.5.1:
1) iOS notifications are not working (despite following the configuration instructions)
2) The current routing method uses mapbox under the cover, but it uses the driving profile instead of the cycling profile so no bike path is ever selected.
3) Something broke in late april 2023 and the navigation for C406 Pro fails to add any point (I think the geocoding call breaks), which makes route planning completely unuseable.

Lost tracking in graphic display
Use to be able to see more information when tracking on the graphics display, but not it's gone. Can you please put this function back in?

This app no longer support C406.
The app crashes when uploading data
The app crashes every time it tries to upload data. I think it needs an update for iOS 15. I am able to upload my data using my iPad running iOS 14. But its an inconvenience to upload using my iPad after every workout. This is just a short term solution. The app should be updated.
