Completely useless..not fit for purpose. Does not scan card and even after entering numbers manually…no confirmation SMS received…yet BOV receive mine no problem.
As a result cannot purchase online. Useless.

Broken, awful user experience

The worst app and user experience i have ever used in 12 years of having an iPhone.

Same problem I am forced to update the app and now the push notification is gone and I cannot top up or pay for things. Please improve tech support…

An unmitigated disaster

A tree full of monkeys stuffed to the brim with hallucinogens can accidentally stumble across a better user experience. This isn’t poor code and poor understanding of what users need. This is deliberately malevolent engineering.

No in-app approval notice being received

Update 2 (17-May-2022)
For those with a “processing error”, after checking the website it seems that if the app is installed on a new device the old one has to be unenrolled by a Bank rep. This can be done by a quick call to customer service.
Also the bank replies only on official channels and does not consider the App Store as an official channel so any complaints or comments here are not of any use.
Have given suggestion to bank to consider placing the above information on the app details, here, in the App Store.

I’m not one who writes a negative review unless I have tried to resolve it with whoever is in charge of the app so doing this is just because it’s my last resort. The app support link takes you to a dead link so I couldn’t find the support I hoped to find. My issue is that when trying to add funds into a Revolut account I do not receive a notification to approve the top-up. This leaves me high and dry without the possibility to top up my account using the BOV card. I hope this is fixed and likewise the support link from the App Store. Customers deserve better. Update (16 May) A month later and like other users I am getting the “processing error” when trying to add a valid card. App Support link still takes users to a dead link. No update and no reply here is unfair to users. Bank declared quite a high profit. Why shouldn’t this be reflected in the customer service, particularly technology offered to customers?

App not working

The app was working on my old phone but when i try to set up my card details on the new phone I’m getting an error massage so I can’t do any online purchases

The most frustrating thing ever

Never works.
Has cost me hundreds.
Not to mention hours of my time.
Having to use other cards in the moment is the usual remedy.

Think it’s time to open a new bank account altogether.

Useless

Absolutely useless App.I tried to register my last for last six months even I went to BOV branch in Valletta. Still can’t register and it says error.
