Annoying Glitch
I am a sophomore and my digital id has still not been uploaded, and every time I want to check, the app kicks me out. Me personally would not hire these people even if it was a life or death choice… fix your app
Does not load
This app is utterly useless I have to use the live id feature to leave school but the id doesn’t load or the app will kick me out. I will spend 20 minutes waiting for this app to load… even then it won’t load and i have to manually checkout in the front office. Can you not fix this? I know it’s not a problem with my data. If you’re a school looking to use this app or even Lenards photography look somewhere else, they are completely useless.

ID Photo hasn’t updated in 2 years…
While the app is okay, my ID photo hasn’t updated since Freshman year. While most people wouldn’t have minded, I don’t get to see what my yearbook photo looks like and it’s stupid. Please fix this.
Terrible
When I looked at my photo my hair looked 2 shades darker it looked completely black if I could give a negative review I would. When I saw my friends picture they completely ruined it they tried to edit her nose piercing out it didn’t go well it looks like a wrinkle. And her hair color looks dark brown it’s actually light brown her hair looks like mine unedited. They make unrealistic edits. They try to make you insecure of your natural features. They edited my smile lines and made them look ugly and they made all our faces look way rounder than it actually are. They also made my blonde friend a brunette. I just can’t with these people.

Works horribly. My school uses this for everything and I can’t get logged into it.

This app not only doesn’t work, but the company itself is unreliable. Schools only sponsor or hire this to save money

I've seen like 5-6 people the day they got their photos back of their face completely photo shopped. If yall are trynna make us look good at least stop photo shopping smiles and unrealistic facial features bro ☠️ Speaking as a student. anyways the app is ok but Leonards or wtvr their name is DONT LET THEM TAKE YOUR PHOTO BRO..

Won’t work
I put my info in and it says nothing it dose not show me my id or anything and it will not work I’ve downloaded it three different times trying to make it work and it will not show me my id

Every time I open the app, it either crashes or just doesn’t load. This is the final straw. I’m going to have to seek medical attention for every time I had an aneurysm.
