Great Experiences; not sure why poor reviews
The nursing agency I work for, utilizes this company for daily pay. I was away from work for a while, and had a balance. They worked with me to get it paid back as soon as I could. They were very helpful and pleasant to speak with. They are very easy to get in contact with and quick to resolve any issues. My balance updates automatically everyday after clocking out. Personally I’m very surprised of the poor reviews because I’ve never had any issues. Overall, I enjoy this daily pay company over most others, especially since they don’t have stupid limits.Show lessTia825432

This app is faulty. I’m not sure if it works properly at all. I had over $100 in earnings, worked a 12 and a half hour shift, and it dropped down to -$88. How does that happen?Nursing20

Customer assistance is absolutely terrible. I called and waited for 24 mins once someone picked up, they hung up after they acted as if they couldn’t hear me. I would advise all businesses not to use this app.JTJ 93.

Absolutely horrible
I went to do a transfer and I open the app it says my account is non existing. I have done it yesterday but today it’s like my account doesn’t even exist. My roommate cashed out right after work today so I know it is working still. Absolutely horrible.Romello pinto

Absolutely pointless!!! In New York, many healthcare agencies provide same day pay. However… my agency with all of its brilliance take on this HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE REVIEWS that DOES NOT WORK! You have to CALL to get KEEPER to update your balance. THEN… I took out some money only for them to turn around on a FRIDAY afternoon, and take the money back out of MY BANK ACCOUNT. Mind you… their offices close at 1pm on a Friday. How convenient. And that’s after having the audacity to charge $4.99 EACH time you want to take your OWN MONEY OUT. It’s half past RIDICULOUS! Especially for a system that DOESN’T WORK!!!! They’re obviously making money ripping off folks, yet their “technicians” CAN’T get their system to WORK, which it’s been months for me but seems like longer according to the reviews. The “executives” must be too busy taking the money to pay themselves high salaries while screwing the rest of us. I’m going off on my agency as soon as Monday morning hits.
