Description of TritonWear

Tuck the TritonWear swim tracker under the cap to capture every stroke, lap, turn, and swim. The Triton unit’s built-in sensors, and trained proprietary algorithms, detect and categorize swimming movements into 30+ data points for each lap. The AI-powered app analyzes that data to provide personalized, evolving guidance for every swimmer at all levels. Take it to the next level by seamlessly pairing Polar Verity Sense, the industry-leading swim Heart Rate monitor, for unmatched Heart Rate and Training Zone feedback. Tracking every training metric imaginable is amazing, but the automated analysis is invaluable. These easy-to-use yet powerful coaching tools provide the feedback loop needed to guide athlete improvement and iterate seasonal plans. It’s never been easier to keep swimmers on track by utilizing powerful science and data to optimize swim training. Triton Scores Quickly understand how well training is going day to day. Triton Scores highlight how small, incremental changes in load, skills, and intensity impact overall performance. They break down into Readiness, Focus and Intensity - the actionable scores and feedback that help you get the most out of training. Readiness: Prime athletes to perform. Use data-driven load feedback to motivate and guide athletes. Identify when they’re over or under training and safely bring them back to the sweet spot. Small but informed plan iterations help swimmers be in peak condition for their championship meet. Focus: Work on the skills that matter most. Quickly evaluate which skills need work, monitor improvements and skill acquisition throughout the season, and use similar-athlete comparisons to discover each athlete’s fastest path to improve. Intensity: Get swimmers in the zone. Now time-consuming test sets and expensive lactate testing can be replaced by AI-driven training zones based on automated Critical Swim Speeds. Track energy output, distance, and rest for every swimmer. Know how hard they worked so you can push them further or tweak sets, to hit the ideal target zones. Teams: Identify athlete potential sooner. Enable your entire organization to become data-driven with nested teams. Each coach can focus on their group, while leadership gains an invaluable data-driven overview of the whole organization.

Reviews of TritonWear

  • Great Device - No Heart Rate tho

The device works really well with all sorts of fun data to better use and understand my swims. The one thing that I would need for it to be a 5/5 would be for the integration with Apple so that my Apple Watch can send my heart rate data as to increase the accuracy of the data.
  • Great device

I absolutely love this device and app. It has really motivated me to swim harder and improve. I only wish I could see all the stats for each lab instead of 6. I also wish I could download my data. I’ve been using it for around 6 months now and can see lots of improvement in my data.
  • Not as advertised

Not only is the data flawed, the device itself is too much of a headache to deal with. Had promise but didn't deliver.

    Developer Response

Hi Swim444, we’re sorry to hear the device hasn’t delivered what you are expecting. Typically when there are data accuracy concerns, a simple unit placement or swimmer movement correction corrects them. We would be more than happy to work with you to find out what might be causing what your seeing. Please contact support@tritonwear.com to explore how to improve your experience.
