Frustrating experience with refund.
I had received rotten mangoes and Brinjal. Requesting return and refund was a nightmare, the customer care kept arguing about philosophy of Mangoes and how they ripe. After 2 days with frequent follow ups IFRESH send a person to collect the items. Refund was still not made after 2days of items collection. I messaged and called and they stopped responding. I felt cheated but continued to follow up. They refunded for one of the two items, which was unacceptable. Had to hard to get refund on second item, the customer care agent was finger pointing without accepting their mistake. I believe the company is running a fraudulent business and cheating customers of Jodhana. Let’s boycott the IFRESH.
