Half way through the game and I’m stuck due to a glitch in the game. I’m unable to use the arrow to pick out the ruby eye on the well. It just won’t accept it. Also unable to put the statue in the stone character scene.
Such a shame to get this far and can’t move on. Very frustrating and disappointed.Show lesssammyg123456

Try restarting your device and re-entering the game. 3. Make sure that your game is updated to the latest version. 4. Try clearing cache.Can’t hear the voices!!!
When the characters talk to you, you can’t hear them!! What’s up with that?? There must be a major glitch with the sound in this game!! I know you would want me to email your specialists, but I don’t get paid to email game developers issues with their games!! That’s what pre-release testing is for!! I love the secret city series, but issues like this make me less inclined to play these games! I would have given the game a better rating, but the sound issue made me take 3 stars away. What happened with the sound of the voices? Checked the button in settings, even deleted the game and installed again and no change at all. I can hear the rest of the sounds although.lolyplayer

I’m trying to pass the puzzle where you scan the QR code on the phone, but it does not seem to work. The main problem is that the card itself is not aligned center to the box. Can’t seem to pass it and I do not want to waste the one ruby I have. Please fix this.Ismath R

In the game where, in the beginning, where the chalk gets stolen. I am having a hard time moving the pictures. Takes a few times at least to move a picture. Sometimes they go in the opposite direction that I want them to go.
When the car is on fire and i have to play the game with the green gems on a checker type board. I put one down and touch another and it makes me start over.Show lessFerretmoe2373

Was doing really well. I used the hairpin to open the cupboard and then had to leave the game. Going back into it my hairpin has gone and the cupboard is locked. Used a hint and it says there is no task to do. That’s it then I can’t finish the game.Ru3y. P3pp3r

I love the games but the reason for the low stars twice now on this and a couple of other games I’ve purchased rubies at 2.99 for 5 to skip a puzzle as soon as I use the first ruby the game shuts down even though I’ve skipped the puzzle previously I have to use another ruby to skip it AGAIN last time I buy rubies in some of the other secret city games you only have to have 10 coins to skip a difficult puzzle you are not having much luck with GO BACK TO THAT!Show lessDIane burge
