I find My Chart to navigate. I would like to know the details of my sleep apnea test. When? Where? What timeline. I can’t find this information. It could be there but I have yet to find it.David Whittaker

Sort of useful, but don’t submit a Customer Service Request
The app is useful to see upcoming appointments and notes from previous appointments, and to send a message to your provider’s nurse to review and answer or forward to the physician. However, if you happen to see or read instructions to submit a Customer Service Request, don’t waste your time. The ONLY topic they cover are billing issues. NOTHING MORE.Show lessIBM2IBM
