Nice idea...but controls are a disaster
Love the retro style game design. However, the controls make the game frustrating and too hard to play. Half the time the actions don't register as intended or are misinterpreted. Often times just firing causes the player to drop down because it misreads hitting the fire button as a downward swipe. Terrible control design, swiping up and down does not work effectively as a control. As a result some areas in certain levels are nearly impossible to complete without dozens of attempts. Would be better to add a dedicated control for jumping down.

Awesome and Frustrating
The game itself is very fun. Not sure why some of the comments say guns don’t work, they work fine. I wish the left, right arrows were closer together. The frustrating part is Godbot. I’ve tried no less than 40 times and CANNOT figure out how to beat the final boss. Any tips would be appreciated.

Almost perfect game
Just needs the down button. Please make more games like this. It's one of the best on the app store. You can even make paid games and I would buy them. Just like I do with the Rusty Lake ones
Hard to believe this isn’t rated higher
Really fun game. It can be challenging and makes me swear sometimes, but I also can’t put it down. I do wish the upgraded guns were a bit better. Most of them seemed like a waste of coins, except the super blaster, rail gun, c4, grenade launcher, and shotgun (the shotgun’s mostly pointless, too, but it’s good vs the heat-seeking missiles, like on the final boss). But really, 80 free levels of jumping and shooting? This has to be rated higher. I hope the developer makes another game

Finally Another Good Pixelated Game
*UPDATED REVIEW BASED ON FINISHING GAME*
I’ve long been a huge CureHunters fan. It’s one of the only pixelated, run around and take out the enemy’s kind of app games that is top quality.. until I found Special Agent Cyberduck. I really thought I’d never find another good one similar to CH until I found this game. It’s challenging which makes you want to play it again and again until you get it right. My only issue is for some reason on my app (iOS) sometimes I get randomly slowed down as In my weapons aren’t as fast and I lack SERIOUS ability to jump and I think these things are just bugs. If the bugs could be fixed that’d be great. I’ve now finished the game in normal mode and working on suicide mode cause I’m hooked. I even got my girlfriend hooked on it. Great game just fix the bugs.

Blaster speed
Hi dear Luke, i really enjoy your game and thank so so much for this amazing game, and i have little problem with that when i choose any blaster gun the speed of shooting is very low. What am I supposed to do?
Way too hard to be fun
I‘ve been gaming for 25 years, so I’m no noob to side scrollers. Played for about 20 min and quickly realized Cyberduck is too frustrating for its own good. Just not the carefree game I hoped it would be going in.
Having more than 3 health to start with would be a big improvement.
