This release features the application of Vasion Automate Pro App security, a new Home screen, and support of the Form Drafts functionality. Improvements: - Now, users have a new Home screen when they sign in to the Vasion Mobile app. This Home screen has a similar look and feel to the Home web page. - When a Vasion Automate Pro instance has App security configured, the Home screen only displays the apps the current user has been assigned. - The Forms and Reports screens now show the Search icon. - Introducing new Form Drafts functionality. Now, users can save their progress when filling out a form so they can complete and submit it later. This functionality is available in Forms and in Workspace, when starting a form workflow.

Legacy Forms are supported for instances running the Web API Version 7.0.3.106 and older and it is used as a backup method. Various improvements and fixes are also included. Improvements: Forms: - New Forms interface displays mobile-friendly forms from Vasion Suite web interface with the following benefits: -- Any updates made to forms on the Web Client immediately carry over to the mobile apps. -- Conditional logic, multi-page, and PDF forms are now supported. -- The new Forms display only leaves the web interface when uploading files. -- For forms that allow or require file attachments the following applies: --- Options specific to the mobile OS to upload files, take pictures, or scan documents display directly from the form. --- File size restrictions and file extensions configured per form are respected and applied to the upload files. - Legacy Forms display is supported in the app and is used for the following: -- Instances currently running Web API Version 7.0.3.106 and older. -- Instances that do not have the Workflow Web URL configured in the Admin Global Settings. -- If any errors are encountered while loading the new interface. - Legacy Forms now support the following: -- Conditional logic on all form fields, columns, and data grid components. -- Content components. - While continuing to support the legacy Forms interface, updates for new features or improvements are not planned. Improvements: Workspace - Enhancements on the workflow due date now ensure the due date display respects the workflow and object settings. Document View - New badge indicators let users quickly see the number of document attachments and workflow comments on the current document. -- The Workflow History button shows the number of user comments on the current document. -- The Attachments button shows the number of files attached to the current document. Storage - Storage now supports the default object settings applied to a folder. When a user adds a file to a folder using their device and the folder has a default object configured, the data view modal prompts users to enter data into the object fields before adding the file. Fixes - The Share screen now displays the correct screen tile in the modal. - The file details no longer show a blank field named "Display Name" when a custom folder view is applied to a folder.

Improvements - The Workflow list, Storage file list and Search Results have been completely redesigned as follows: - Users can now expand a workflow and view additional details. Currently, the information shows the web client's default Workspace view. - Users can now expand files to see additional details. The information displayed is based on the custom folder view applied to the Storage folder where the file is located. - Users can now expand the result items to view additional information. The information shows the web client's default Search Results view. - The Add button Add button in Workflow and Storage now fades when scrolling through the list, to not obstruct the expand button. To make the Add button reappear, scroll up. Workspace - Removed Print from the long-press More Options menu. Users can print documents by tapping the download icon, where the iOS Share menu shows it as an option. Data View - Users who have the Document Delete role assigned can now delete document attachments from the Attachments screen. Forms - The app now supports drop-down filters for Object dropdowns and Object multi-select dropdowns. - When the user selects an option from a dropdown, it may change the options available on another dropdown based on web client configurations. - Any drop-downs with options already selected will reflect the change, potentially clearing their content if it is no longer available. Fixes - Various fixes to long-press behaviors in Workspace. - Actions are no longer displayed for workflows in their requests long-press menu. - Fixed an issue where some selection components were not being marked as required under very specific circumstances. - Fixed an issue where an attached document would show the Actions button and crash the app when selected. - Various fixes to long-press behavior in Storage. - Fixed an issue where some fields in Object Searches had bad description labels.

Improvements Data View • Signature field now applies proper read-only validations in conjunction with the Document - Assign Reassign Index Form role. • The Signature field can be editable by default, if the user has the Document - Assign Reassign Index Form role assigned. • Once data is entered and saved into the Signature field, then it becomes read-only. Document View • Workflow History is now supported. • A new Workflow History button is now available on the Document View toolbar. The button only displays for documents that were part of a workflow. • Workflow History displays any actions and comments that were taken on the current workflow. • The Actions Modal has been fully redesigned. • A new Add Comment field and button now displays at the bottom of the document actions so users can enter comments without needing to take an action. • When an action requires a comment, the user can type the text into the comment box, then tap the action. The comment is submitted with the action, like when using the Vasion Suite Web Client. Forms • Now, when a form has conditional logic applied a message displays to let the user know it is not supported. • The Add Signature, Attach Files, and Add Another buttons display with the same style. • Text Areas no longer have a darker border than the rest of the form fields. Scan • Scan no longer makes a copy of scanned images to the user’s files at every step in the scan process. A copy is still made with certain export options, and when the user selects Retry. However, this is due to an error with GeniusScan, and we are working with them to resolve this. • Scan’s upload menu now has choices more relevant depending on where the user accesses Scan. • When accessed from Workspace, Start Workflow displays. • When accessed from Storage, Save to Vasion displays. • When accessed from Scan, Export To and several options display. Fixes • Workspace: The Requests/Tasks bar no longer disappears when a document upload is canceled while on the page reordering screen.

Vasion Suite is now mobile! The Vasion Mobile app lets users perform quick tasks like scanning paper documents, filling out electronic forms, and more from their mobile devices. Users no longer have to boot up their computer to access their important documents and pending Workflows. The Mobile app makes it easy to get quick tasks done, so you can free up time at your desk for your main priorities. Workflows Automated Workflows are configured to route information to the right people and systems at the right time to collect approvals, assign tasks, and complete documents. The Vasion Mobile app makes these Workflows accessible from a mobile device. For example, an employee needing to check the approval status of a PO Request in their Workflow can view it in a matter of seconds from the Mobile app. Wherever they are at – in a meeting, away from the office – the information they need is accessible at their fingertips. As an end-user focused application, users can start and complete existing workflows in the Mobile app. When starting a new Workflow, you select an existing automated Workflow and complete the tasks needed to start it. This may be filling out a request form or uploading an expense report for approval. After sending the Workflow, you can view what step is pending in the Requests section of your Workspace. Pending Workflows appear in the user’s Task list in their Workspace dashboard, where they can simply click and complete all necessary tasks. Scan Vasion Mobile users do not need to install a local desktop scanner in order to scan and digitize their documents, like the Capture app in Vasion Suite. The app uses the device’s camera to scan the document, making scanning easier for remote and mobile employees. Scan uses a native iOS PDF scanner with barcode, and full-text optical character recognition (OCR) technology. Scanning documents is a simple three step process: Use the camera to scan your paper documents, edit, reorder, copy, and modify any of the scanned pages, then send those pages directly to a Workflow or a Storage folder. Forms Vasion Mobile lets you access, fill out, sign, and submit existing eForms to start Workflows. You can fill out and submit existing forms directly from the application, rather than from a Workflow every time. To start, you select the type of form you want from the existing Forms list. Some forms require an eSignature or attachments with the form. Attach photos or files, scan new documents, or draw or type your signature when signing forms. Storage Just like Vasion Suite, Vasion Mobile gives employees access and control over their data and where it’s stored. After scanning a document, you can choose to send the scanned pages directly to either Workflows or Storage. Mobile users can upload documents to a text message, to Vasion Drive folders, or to cloud storage applications that allow for document uploading, like Google Drive, OneDrive, Box. Storage folders are encrypted by default, and configurable by an admin in Vasion Suite. Reports Reports is the only administrative feature available in Vasion Mobile. An administrator can grant a mobile user permission to view and run reports. By running a report, you can see a 360 view of all the activity and actions performed by users in Vasion Suite. There are different types of reports to see specific information like audit, user, document, and workflow reports. You can also customize and save report types, and schedule them to run at a certain time. Anyone can download and install the Vasion Mobile app, but users need an active Vasion Suite account in order to log into their company's Vasion instance.
