What a joke
This service is a joke. Made a reservation two days ahead as I was getting off of a ferry and had an appointment to catch. At the arranged time, my ride wasn't here, so I called dispatch. The guy there explained that there was no car available because they were all reserved.he actually had my reservation but said, I'm just gonna have to wait. Very unreliable.

Terrible app
I downloaded the app, and it immediately asked for my phone number so that it could send me a validation code. I entered my phone number, but got no code. I can’t use the app without it. Who designed this thing? What were you thinking?

Your app got better. Thank god cause your dispatch people may be going through depression.
