Co-Op feature is glitched

Tried playing with my mates, each time we pressed enable online it would load for 10 mins then say server timeout or something like that. I know it’s not my wifi since its powerful so I can’t help but wonder if it’s just the servers. Btw I’m from EU if that helps with anything.
