I got 470 points on my first order, I like it when reward systems are actually good and not like you need a million points to get anything. The temporary 3 digit code also makes it easy to get your points.Lilytheedgequeen

Bad, incomplete app
Tried to order to go and I added one pizza, then I built my pizza 4 different times and every time I tried to add it to my cart, the whole thing disappeared and I had to start all over. Never could get hit to work so I had to just stand in line to order. Not all of he options available I’m store are available in the menu either. Kids pizza does not have the option for bbq as sauce. Build your own entree pizza does not give green onions as a finisher option.Show lessk.d.bug
Can’t complete any orders
Tried multiple times to order in the app. It would just spin for several minutes and then say it was an error in completing the order. Never was able to get it to work. Terrible app!Tahnya511

I love pyros pizza! I drove 30 miles to pickup- the app made easy ordering. I wish there would have been a way to say - extra cheese or a few onions. I’ve never tried spinach on my pizza - I would have if I could have done 1/2.time killer 2021
Not that good
I have noticed that it does not tell you how many calories each item has/estimation. I believe everything has to have that info.mich_iiii
Do not cancel an order if you want to keep ya money
Had to switch an order from carry out to curbside. Cancelled the order immediately and redid it, charged the card twice. Hassle to dispute the charge, and it shouldn’t be on us.John Melvin Johnson
Can’t earn rewards with online orders
You are able to order your food, which is the bare minimum a pizza app should allow you to do. You are not able to order through app and receive reward points nor does the staff know how to get the points added after. You are able to see your previous orders that you didn’t earn points on.Oh well…nofreemeal
