Description of GM Helper

“Roll the Initiative!” After this words the battlemap will be littered with hail of dices and GM will start recording the turn order. Each GM does it in his own way or based on possible options. BUT! if you like assistant applications, then you just have to look at ours! Why? How is it better than others? Let me tell you. - The fastest start of the battle. You only need to select the PC previously created in a couple of taps and indicate the number of enemies. - Initiatives and names of enemies are set both manually and in the "random" mode, if you need to quickly rush into the battle, and the turn order is not too important (lazy GMs love it!). - The option to put character in the "standby" mode and return him to battle later. - Smart tracking of conditions that can be added right during the battle. The tracker will remember the exact starting point and will also consider the standby mode of any character. - Adding new characters right in the heat of battle. Have you summoned an elemental? An enemy necromancer raised multiple zombies? Put them in queue with a couple of touches. - Undo the last changes. You can always fix the annoying misсliсk. Even if this is not a misсliсk, but "let's go back for a couple turns ... to the very beginning." Still not interesting enough? What if I tell you that initiative tracker is not the only feature? We made the critical hits and fumble decks for you as well as Wild magic deck if you feel need to spice up some event. Decks are available during battle mode and from separate screen if you don’t need to track characters right now. This is not the decks you can find in your favorite board game store, we think up these effects ourselves (but you know… there are not many options for what a bad sword swing or a failed spell will lead to. So some of the effects can be familiar to you) And the most important – the functionality of the free version is not limited in any way! If you like our app and buy the full version, you will get more hero icons, more cards into decks, and support friendly roleplayers. Otherwise, you get a full experience with no cost! Enjoy your games, go for epic battles and roll the initiative! Developers: Alexandra Tsarkova, Evgeny Tsarkov Icon design: Lorc Chinese translation: Dmitry Pilaev

Reviews of GM Helper

Keeps crashing

It worked great for the first five minutes, now it crashes every time I click the “Charge!” button to start combat. If it didn’t crash, I’d give it five stars

Kinda Limited

There’s a very helpful tutorial and it does battles very well. It keeps initiative, generates wild magic responses, critical fails, and critical successes, and has very simple yet descriptive pictures for each character. The main bad part is that there isn’t anything else to do with it. You also cannot change the health, that I know of, of each character and enemy. I think that the developers should either change the name to an initiative tracker, or try to add in more features. I know how hard it is to code many things and design a lot of aspects, but it would be very helpful and nice if you could add a few things, like a place to keep your campaign plans, or a way to keep track of your NPC’s and villains, or even just a dice roller! Other that it being fairly limited, it is a very nice initiative tracker and I will most definitely be using it for my DND campaign.
