Very cool, but needs a bit of improvement
I love this app... but the fact that it only plays songs from albums/by artists in alphabetical order rather than allowing for me to play an album from start to finish is beyond absurdalnewport27
Getting there
Great idea, but has issues.
1. The center button doesnt do anything other than select. An an iPod when a song was playing, you could click the center button to give a fast-forward-through-song feature.
2. The click wheel doesnt speed up scroll the longer you spin the wheel. I had 80k albums on my iPod video, once the wheel got spinning you could get from A-Z in a matter of seconds.
3. When you click an album, it just starts playing the album at random, rather than opening up that album’s tracklist.
4. The skin of the iPod cant be changed. Classic iPod Photo would be a cool option, or iPod 1 with the four-button feature.
Figure these issues out, and I would throw $4.99 at this app!Show lessNewGodForager

Authentic
Very similar to iPod, especially for the ring scrolling gesture. Using on an iPhone SE and it’s the perfect one-hand size. Works smooth with Apple Music. I wish it has alphabetical search when scrolling fast (like how a real iPod does) or it will take too much effort to find a song starting with Z lolShow lesszzzeee7

Good, but...
I love this app, and it brings back a lot of nostalgia that I have for the iPod. But, when I discovered that the "Extras" tab didn't work, I was quite disappointed. If anyone knows how to fix that, tell me. (I don't know if you can or not, this is my first time writing a review.) Aside from that, it's an excellent app, so it gets 4 stars!Show lesscam.the.lemon

I have been increasingly annoyed with the Apple Music player. I literally HATE it. I purchase music from iTunes because I like being able to play it anywhere, anytime, without a subscription.
This iPod app has made me SO HAPPY! I’ve been buying music in my library since 2011. I have a LOT of songs and I don’t want them to sit unplayed.
The only issue I had was with the screen moving down when I move the click-wheel. It doesn’t move, it just stays. Just hoping for a fix with an update!

Doesn’t work for scrolling songs
Sad really good look and reminiscent of iPod though, it would rock if the song scroll worked.bakerz420_
