This app is horrible they blocked my account to check in my deposit I did to my mother , sent lots of emails to follow what I sent and no response , I contact the department of service 2 days ago still no response . I’m trying to log in with no success . nnayeli sato

Worse app to send money
They have the worse service from all the apps while trying to send money. First time I tried to use it they put on hold my transaction and were asking me for more personal bank details on the very first time I used. I tried to call nobody answer the phone, emailed never got any response. Finally after 2 days of calling they answered, canceled my transaction and it’s been days and they haven’t return my money. WORSE SERVICE EVER STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY NEW UPDATE It’s been more than 2 weeks and this company haven’t refund my money. I have to report them with my bank and open a claim and investigation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE .Peor servicio de envíos NO USEN ESTE SERVICIO. No me han regresado mi dinero después de 4 semanas la gente de servicio al cliente son incapaces de responder preguntas y menos de ayudar. Si les pudiera dar menos calificación lo haría. Trate de enviar dinero a Mexico y que paso ?el dinero termino secretamente en otro lugar de EEUU y la applicacion ni registro nada ni envio la confirmacion del envio ni ningun mensaje, como si no hubo transaccion y la aplicación la desactive de la conexión y deje el icono en la pantalla pero ahora no aparece entre las aplicaciones desactivadas.Show lessXAV_OSP
