Crashes all the time and order never comes right
Terrible app and customer service
The app crashed multiple times and using it was a terrible experience over all. Consistent with the Lahori business culture the Jalal Sons staff were also unwilling to accommodate my situation. Inke bas ki baat nai online store chalana

Nothing works
The app is a good idea but nothing works, can’t order food, can’t even see all the items, can’t check out. What’s the point? It’s even worse on the play store
No way to send order feedback
Please work on a way to take your customers feedback on each order.
At times I've had a bad experience but there is no way to share feedback which is honestly pretty frustrating.
