Easy Knitty Row Counter knit User Reviews

Use it for all my projects.

Like how I can put different parts for projects, and the second counter is great for keeping track of things like ribbing for a cuff on a sleeve and using the main counter for the sleeve itself. Stopwatch is great for keeping time.

Hi, in the newer version 7.7 or greater we fixed the instagram issue. For the stopwatch we are working on it but cannot give an eta at the moment. Thanks for reporting and sorry for the issues

Stopwatch doesn’t work in background anymore

I use to love this app and paid for premium but now I can’t use the stopwatch in the background… which means I can’t have the pattern up on my phone and have the timer keep track of how long each project takes at the same time in The background… so disappointed as that was the feature I was most excited about. It’s basically just a row counter now.

Hi, Thanks for sharing feedback. Good news, we put back the background stopwatch in the latest version (7.8). Please update the app

Stoping making the app worse

First, they changed the stopwatch so it doesn’t work unless you’ve got the page for your project open in a recent update. Now with the updates gone through today there’s a huge chunk of the screen taken up by a pop up saying to tag your projects with some silly hashtag on Instagram and there’s no way to get rid of it.
I’m going to quit using this app if this crap keeps up

Great app, but some room for improvement

I really like this app, the fact that the screen doesn’t lock is such a handy feature so I don’t have to unlock my screen for every row. It’s very user friendly and perfect for crocheting. The fact you can subtract rows in case you have to frog is also very useful, as well as the second counter and timer. Worth paying for the full version for full functionality and being able to add different project sections with separate counters. My only minor annoyance is that the row stats section is inaccurate, but this doesn’t affect use too much.

Hi, Thanks a lot for sharing a review. Can you please tell us more about the inaccurate stats section? You can reach us on instagram @easyknitty

Good functionality, but some bugs

This app works really well for counting rows. It’s easy to use, the screen doesn’t fade so I don’t have to keep unlocking my phone and you can organise everything. I’ve just upgraded to the paid version, but there are still a couple of bugs/features missing. The row stats are off - I can see, for example I’ve done 120 rows, but the overview page and the statistics only think I’ve done 77 combined. I’d also like to be able to have a sub count for when I’ve divided my work, such as for a pocket. Otherwise, a great app!

Great, Simple Counting App

I use this for crochet. I created multiple projects before I bought it to test it out, and I found it had everything I needed. I like the ability to create projects with multiple parts, the fact that my phone doesn’t go to sleep while I’m using it, and that I can save notes about where I stopped for next time. It’s simple, but it’s everything I need.

DOWNLOAD IT!!!

I absolutely love this app. I have recently started my business and this app lets you record your pattern and each step. I am currently making a top and I am able to keep track of the rows of each piece on creating. Absolutely love.

Great app with the upgrade

I have two projects on the go for this app. Plan on saving information for more projects. I took an almost 2 week break from knitting due to a move from one country to another 🤪

I’m now ready to get back to my passions and I know exactly where I left off on my two knitting projects.

Efficient row counter app!!

I’ve been using this counter for some time. I prefer apps to other counting methods because I’m already keeping up with my phone anyhow - several less things to keep track of. The paid app allows for multiplier trackers. I like being able to keep up with separate sections of patterns and the active/archive function. It doesn’t seems to work in with iWatch which is definitely a bit of a bummer to me. I’d love to track on my wrist - one less thing to pick up, lol! It’s all about efficiency and this is a good efficient tool.

Great. App but….

I am new to using this app and I love it apart from one thing. I have the App on both my iPhone and my iPad but can’t get them to sync data. It would be so good if it could.
