Just a gimmick.
This app is trash. I can't log into it with the same info I use to login to website. What a joke. When I enter my login info it says email or password is incorrect but I can login into website with same credentials.
This is horrible
Literally took hours not even kidding probably 4 hours or more to work this stupid app. I had to try on so many devices because it’s so dumb.
Bug city
I’d give negative stars if I could. Completely bug ridden. They have to fix this otherwise they should just remove the app from circulation.

Please find portal login or any other requirements through your property manager or online website don’t use this app it is useless. One star because I can’t give zero.

You cannot create an account without using a desktop? It’s 2024 everyone uses their cellphones .
Feedback for next update
I like to app design and everything but I find the issue with going back to a previous screen, slightly annoying, like for instance once you login and you can see your billing, repair and your message option. Whenever I click on billing and then close the billing option, it brings up the tenant portal loading screen, which I think is unnecessary. If you guys can remove that section of the loading screen, so it can just be seamless when I close it without it just reloading and showing the tenant portal loading screen before going back to the previous screen, try to give it a smooth transition like most apps are.

Abandoned app
This was supposed to be a replacement to the online portal. In general it’s garbage and unusable, abandoned by the developers.
