They refuse to delete my information
I’ve submitted probably ten requests now over the past few months to delete my account. I keep receiving the email confirming my request and it doesn’t go further than that. I did not like how personal the questions were in order to even create an account but I couldn’t even access the app unless I did, and afterwards I realized this wasn’t even the company I thought I was signing up for (I was looking for a clothing store). I have explained this in my deletion requests and would like my personal information removed from this company’s database.
