Can’t use the app
I have paid for the app but it has not let me analyse any photos.
It keeps taking me to the subscribe page of the app when I try to analyse.

Thank you for reporting the error you have having. Can you send us an email with more information like when do you get the subscription page and also your device and iOS version if possible.

Not a free app really
Hi, you say PlantMe comes as a free app with possibility to subscribe. I think that is misleading. It is not a ‘free app’ but a paid for app with free 3-day trial. If a user downloads they must go to Settings, Find Subscriptions and cancel the auto renew within 3-days. (Although technically it’s within two days as you have to do it before 24-hours to the subscription renewal time/date). I have personally unsubscribed straight away via ‘Subscriptions’ and would hope I’m not charged!
