Very interesting concept
The fact that I can get trustworthy recommendations from people I know instead of general ones, that lots of time are from bots, is fantastic. The more friends I add the better for both sides. The design is also slick and I can plan a trip with recommended places and share with the people that will be in the trip with me, great for planning 🙌🏼Show lesspedro.assumpcao

LOTS of potential
As someone who loves traveling and giving recs, this is perfect. Still needs some things worked out, Like my profile picture and background photo do not load or show? probably a bug issue. Also I would love it if you were able to have a tab with a grid of all the photos you’ve took at locations, similar to Instagram, and the ability to change the main photo on your profile of trip locations. Spreadsheet killer
While I’m pretty proud of the state of my travel spreadsheets, this app blows them away. The social aspect, easily saving and sharing ideas with friends, make planning so much easier.foodguy2010
Good start, needs additional features
Pros:
+ GPS enabled search
+ Clean, intuitive functions
+ Collaborative space
Cons:
- does not map from location to location
- there’s no default view of a trip to show the entire itinerary, you have you click day by day
- you can’t share trips to Instagram stories, there should be an attractive easy display for sharing on social media
- there is no FAQ or feedback section in the app to suggest changes
- you cannot make notes about a location or place you select for your trip, therefore I still prefer using notes over this app until it adds features

Update: 1) We've added notes to trips! You can now add notes to specific places on your trip. Tap the three dots on any place on a trip and you'll see the option there. 2) From the home screen you can hit the menu button and send us feedback directly from the app. 3) We've made some improvements to trips sharing to social. I love this concept! The app is super easy to navigate and fun to use. I love logging all of the places I’ve been to, because it both helps give people I know recommendations, and it gives me a nice memory bank of where I’ve been. I used this to plan a recent trip, and it was such a neat way to keep track of where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do. Love the map feature to see where in a city my friend’s recommendations are, and to find where my next stop is on vacation!Show lessMiskadoodle
So far, so good! Few recommendations
Love all the features so far. Genius idea!! When I’m planning trips, especially international trips, I use google maps to organize the itinerary based on location and proximity. I’m def gonna start inviting friends to join to make our lives easier.
For more effective itinerary planning, I would suggest adding the following:
1. Times
2. Option to add attachments, videos or images because some of the images don’t do these places justice)
3. Finally notes within scheduled places (as shown in the previews) and also notes to add activities that are not listed.
I also love how the map shows the proximity of places to each other but is it possible to add a feature where we can see the actual distance from one place to another and perhaps driving directions? Currently, google maps only opens for directions to one place.Show lessJudydjabs

*** Another update! You can now add notes to places on your trips! ** Update - The latest version of the app lets you add times to places on your itinerary! Update your app and let us know what you think. We've also started using the images from people in your network in the place details screens... we hope to start using them in more places soon. You can add your own photos when you recommend a place. ------- Thanks for the feedback! And good news, we've been thinking a lot about some of these: 1. Times: Adding times to trips should be in the next release (likely next week), so keep an eye out! 2. Images/Video: We're definitely looking to utilize more high quality/user images throughout the app (because we agree with you). 3. Notes/Custom places: Notes and custom stops within trips are on our near term roadmap, so keep an eye out for those as well. 4. Distance/Directions: This is a great call. We wanted to release itineraries/reordering items in a trip first so we could get to things like this, so expect us to start looking at this soon. Recs don’t load on profile page
Really great concept and I love the user friendliness. However, each time I try to see a list of someone’s recs on their page (or even my own), the recs do not load. The only way I can see recs is by searching a city right now. Needs an update probably
