By connecting Care Teams, Rootines supports rural health and augments the increasing need for telehealth. The Rootines app is currently free to use. Your clinical team can be linked to your profile information and the unique insights Rootines identifies in your data. The medication tracker within Rootines allows you to set reminders so that you know when to administer or take medication. It also allows you to track one time use medications. You and your caregiver will have an ongoing view of what medications you are taking and also whether or not they were taken on time.
