    Hi there! I'm sorry you had such an experience with us. After being withdrawn, funds usually take around 5-10 business days to settle. If your withdrawal is taking longer, I totally get it - that's a fair reason to be concerned. Please share your user ID or email so that we could check the status of the transaction and provide a confirmation with an ARN number so that you could contact your bank on that matter.

  • Wont give me a refund and charged me twice for no reason!

    I have been trying to get a refund for 3 days and they just banned my account for not paying the rest which makes no sense. Cant even request a refund because my account is banned so clearly they steal money.

We currently process refund requests through our Support chat on the website, so no worries, - the funds are being returned to you either way :) As for the ban, unfortunately, that's how the partial payment system is designed: if the final payment is not made on time, your account may be banned automatically, unless the payment is received.
