Journal is great! I didn’t realize how bad some of my days are and after “rating” some of them I realized there is definitely room for improvement. I love the affirmations too! Meditations are amazing, wish there were more but as far as I can tell this is a brand new app so I figure there will be more added every week. Sleep tracks hit the spot :) I never write reviews but I like this app more than others like calm and breathe so I figured I had to write a review and help the new app out!SelfLoveAlert
